Eloise Stivers Fallis

Eloise Stivers Fallis, age 83, of New Castle and formerly of Pleasureville, died Monday, December 17, 2018, at New Castle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 12, 1935, and was the daughter of the late Rev. Bruce Stivers and Nancy Clements Stivers. She had worked at Tom Craig Realty, Wicks Lumber, and Deposit Bank in Pleasureville. She attended New Hope Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son: Victor Ray Fallis (Barbara) of Pleasureville; her sister: Nancy Jones of Shelbyville; six grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Herbert Joy Fallis; her daughter: Cecilia Joy McKinley; and twelve brothers and sisters.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2018, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist Church will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, and after 10 a.m. the day of the services. Burial will be in Pleasureville Cemetery.
