Betty Lou (Clark) Chilton

Betty Lou (Clark) Chilton, age 81, of Turners Station, KY passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at U of L Health Hospital.  She was born on December 25, 1942, in Franklinton, KY, the daughter of Roy Clark and Effie (Downey) Clark. Betty was a member of Turners Station Baptist Church and was a farmer and housewife. She enjoyed gardening and canning. 

She is survived by her husband; Joseph A. Chilton of Turners Station, KY, one daughter; Lisa J. Brown (Randy) of Kennesaw, GA, four sisters; Christine LeCompte, Elaine Kendall, Janet Oliver and Brenda Mason all of Eminence, KY, one brother Glenn Clark of Louisville, KY, two grandchildren; Evalyn Jane Robles and Sarah Danielle Brown and one great grandchild; Hallie E. Robles. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother; William Harold “Bud” Clark. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Tingle officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 10, 2024, from 11:30 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Port Royal Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Collin Robles, Randy Brown, Tony Aldridge, Brian Aldridge, Steve Kendall and B.J. Clark.
