Dan C. Bramblett, 73, of Odessa, FL, passed away on December 27, 2021, after spending a perfect day with his family.
Dan was born on February 7, 1948 to Frank & Ella in Henry County, Kentucky. After graduating from Henry County High School in 1966, he went to work at General Electric before going into the US Army. After the Army, he returned to General Electric where he worked for the next 50 years. In 1972, he met the love of his life Robin on a boat at Harrods Creek. They wed in 1973, going on to have two children, Angela and Robert.
Often called the “Salt of the Earth”, Dan was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Angela, Robert, and Robin and always tried his best to support them.
Dan was also a passionate boater, handyman, and the ultimate fan of the Kentucky Wildcats and could often be found working on his house, walking his dog, or supporting his grandsons at their various events.
Anyone who knew Dan knew that he was the most loving father, husband, and grandfather a family could ask for. Dan is survived by his wife, two children, and three grandchildren - Taylor, Tyler, and Trevor.
