Ida Lillian Peyton Jaggers Clark

Ida Lillian Peyton Jaggers Clark, age 83, of Pleasureville, KY passed this life on August 9, 2024 at the U of L Hospital in Shelbyville, KY.  She was born in Henry County, KY to John and Lula Pearl (Moppin) Peyton.  Lillian was a member of  Cropper Baptist Church, retired from the Shelby County Board of Education as a Teachers Aid in the Special Ed Department and enjoyed yard and farm work.  

Her survivors include; two daughters, Pamela F. Jaggers Seaton and Lisa Jaggers Browning both of Cropper, KY and two sons, Joel D. Jaggers and John D. Jaggers both of Cropper, KY, a sister Naomi Holcomb of Eminence, KY and two brothers, Larry Peyton of Midwest City, Oklahoma and Bobby Peyton of Shelbyville, KY, 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, Belle Chisholm, Linnie Chisholm, Callie Woods, Juanita Goodlett and Patsy Lisby, and one brother, Lawrence Lee Peyton.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at the Sholar-Riley Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Cropper Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be E.J. Perry, John Tyler Jaggers, Kaleb Browning, Mike Gilbert, Allen Craig, and Brennen Hancock.
