Linda Frances Yeary, passed away February 5, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. She was born January 10,1947, in Shelbyville, KY, to her parents Marshall August Haberman and Edith C. (Spurr) Haberman.

Linda lived a remarkable life filled with dedication and compassion. She worked diligently for many years at the Kentucky Department of Revenue, making a lasting impact through her professional career. Linda's commitment to her work was evident in everything she did, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Outside of her career, Linda found great joy in various aspects of life. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY, where she actively participated in the W.M.U. and served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. Her devotion to her church community and faith were unwavering pillars in her life.

In her leisure time, Linda enjoyed coloring and crafting, finding solace in creativity. She also found immense comfort in listening to Gospel music and reading her Bible. Her unwavering devotion to her Christian faith made Linda a steadfast prayer warrior within her community.

Linda's warm and loving nature extended beyond the walls of her home. Her genuine care for others knew no bounds, and she treasured every moment spent with family and friends. Linda shared an extraordinary journey of love with Ronald Wayne Yeary whom she married on February 16, 1965. Their union stood as a testament to their enduring commitment throughout the years.

Together with Ronald, Linda raised a daughter named Julie M. (William) Sanford of Pleasureville, KY. Julie brought immeasurable joy into Linda's life as they created countless memories together. Linda's love extended to all corners of her family tree, and it is with a heavy heart that her sister, Paulette Wardrup of Campbellsburg, KY, mourns her loss alongside the rest of their loved ones.

Linda was a beloved grandmother to Sarah (J.C.) Lyons, Hannah Sanford, and Michael Sanford. Her presence in their lives brought an abundance of wisdom, laughter, and unconditional love. In addition to being a loving grandmother, Linda had the joy of being a great-grandmother to Noah and Ellah Lyons. Her wisdom and warmth will forever be cherished by these precious family members.

As Linda joins her heavenly abode, she is preceded in death by her parents Marshall August Haberman and Edith C. (Spurr) Haberman. She is also reunited with her sisters Mildred Spies and Sherry Tindle, as well as her brother Marshall S. Haberman Jr. Although their physical presence may be gone, their memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved them.

To honor Linda's remarkable life and pay tribute to the immeasurable impact she had on countless lives, a visitation will be held on February 10, 2024. The visitation will take place at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home located at 5710 Castle Hwy in Pleasureville, KY. Friends and loved ones are invited to join between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to share memories and find solace in one another's company.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will commence at 1:00 PM at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Everett Hawkins officiating. This final opportunity to honor Linda's beautiful life will provide comfort amidst grief while celebrating the profound legacy she leaves behind. The funeral service promises to be a time of reflection, love, and unity as we bid farewell to a remarkable woman who touched our lives in numerous ways.

Linda Frances Yeary has left an indelible imprint on the hearts of those who knew her. Her unwavering faith, gentle spirit, and unconditional love will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her. She will forever hold a cherished place in our hearts, and her memory will continue to inspire us to be kinder, more compassionate, and to live a life imbued with love.
