Terry Dale Smith

Terry Dale Smith, age 77, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at his residence. He was born December 31, 1938 and was the son of the late Hallie T. and Birda Kinmon Smith. He had worked as a computer tester for the Bell South Telephone Company, and was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by one sister, Doris Gaines of Owenton, and several nieces and nephews.
