Terry Dale Spencer

Terry Dale Spencer, age 65, of New Castle, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. He was born April 29, 1956 to the late Walter Eugene Spencer and Mary Leona Cissell Spencer. He worked as a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife: Carolyn Marie Spencer of New Castle; four sons: Terrance Spencer (Kimberly) of Indiana, Earl Richie, Jr. (Amy) of New Castle, Anthony Spencer (Melissa) of Indiana, Michael Spencer (Richard) of Indiana; one daughter: Jessica Brewer (Timmy) of Eminence; three brothers: Joseph Spencer (Debbie) of Shelbyville, Jerry Spencer (Judy) of Indiana, Michael Spencer (Debi) of Indiana; six sisters: Dorothy Kercheval (Jim) of La Grange, Patricia Wilson (Keith) of Louisville, Ellen Honeycutt (Steve) of Florida, Edith Thomas (Mike) of Tennessee, Karen Sizemore (Ed) of Hyden and Kathy Cox of Indiana; 18 grandchildren: Brian Hibbard, Brianna Fox, Savannah Richie, Chesley Richie, Earl Ray Richie III, Brittany Jones, Penelope Richie, Marissa Spencer, Anthony Spencer, Jr., Athena Spencer, Audrey Spencer, Travis Brewer, Bradon Brewer, Carrie Belyea, Kayla Belyea, Cody Belyea, Sara Brewer and Austin Belyea; and four great grandchildren: Bryson Hibbard, John Brewer, Gracelyn Belyea and Bentley Smith.

He was proceeded in death by one brother, Tony Lee Spencer.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Visitation will be Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 1 p.m. until time of the service. Cremation to follow funeral services.
