Zelma L. Bramblett, age 82 of Pleasureville, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at her residence. She was born in New Castle and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Edith Purvis Tingle. She was a homemaker and retired from the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Central State Hospital aide. She is survived by two brothers: Phillip Tingle of Kansas City, MO, and Tony Tingle of Bedford; one sister: Doris Fender of Frankfort; one granddaughter: Shanda Bramblett Payton (James) of Pleasureville; and two great-grandchildren: Kelsey Danielle Hancock and Lyndsey Brooke Payton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bramblett, a son, Frank Bramblett, and a brother, James Tingle. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2014 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in New Castle Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until time of the funeral on Friday, December 5, 2014 at the funeral home.
